Non-Profit Grants
Non-profit organizations serve as the backbone of every community, providing crucial services to meet their community members' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We are honored to support these organizations in maximizing their impact within their communities.
Currently, we offer grants up to $1,000. Organizations may apply once annually and must reapply each year for consideration.

To be eligible, organizations must:

Be a 501(c)(3) Public Charity (we will consider Fiscal Sponsors on a case-by-case basis),

Serve a community with a population of less than 200,000 people,
-
Have assets of $1 Million or less,

Be located in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming, and
-
Directly serve:
-
Individuals nearing the End of Life,
-
Individuals or Families struggling to cope with a loss,

At-Risk Youth,
-
Individuals or Families experiencing homelessness, or
-
Survivors of Domestic Violence.

Applications are reviewed in the first week of each quarter (January, April, July, and October).
Our Process
Submit Letter of Interest
If you meet the eligibility requirements above, you may submit a Letter of Interest to Info@agentsforsocialchange.org.
The letter of interest should include your organization's history, the amount of funding requested, any additional funding sources and grants you have secured this fiscal year, and a description of the program/project that would most benefit from a grant.
Submit Completed Application
Our team will review your Letter of Interest, reach out for clarification (if needed) and either invite or decline your completion of a full grant application.
Submit Post-Award Report
If selected for a grant, you must submit a post-award report within sixty days of receiving funding.
