Our Process

Scheduling

Individuals interested in Supervision or Consultation Services schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery meeting.

Meeting

During the meeting, clients have the opportunity to discuss their needs, and together, we determine whether it's a good match.

Initiating

We then prepares an engagement letter for review and signature. For supervision services, we will also draft and send a supervision agreement.  Once both parties have signed, clients can schedule their first consultation or supervision session.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Kristianne G, LCSW

Kush is highly ethical and professional in all of his interactions. His thoughtfulness and care for clients and co-workers is inspiring!

Martina M, LSW

“I have been in clinical supervision with Kush and have found our work together to be extremely beneficial to my professional growth. Kush is consistently patient, respectful, resourceful, and informative. I appreciate the calm and conscientious intentionality Kush brings to supervision. Kush is nonjudgmental and understands the challenges of working in a medical model, drawing from his considerable work experience and groundedness in ethical principles.”

Elizabeth D, LCSW

I have been in supervision with Kush and finally found what I have been looking for in a supervisor. Kush has helped me grow in the clinical realm of social work practice. He has helped me learn more about assessments, different approaches to use with patients related to therapeutic growth, boundaries, and better understanding and recognizing relationships between clinical frameworks and applying these frameworks to the patients I work with.

I have tried other supervisors prior to Kush and never quite felt I got what I needed. Kush’s approach resonates with me because he understands the clinical side of social work practice.  His background knowledge in hospice/death and dying, clinical practice, as well as the training he has done on different modalities have been extremely beneficial in his ability to help me grow as a hospice social worker. Most recently, Kush has helped me grow in  delivery of difficult conversations with patients. He also has been incredible in providing different resources that I had never heard of before! I have no complaints about our supervision and look forward to continuing to learn and grow.

Anna S, LSW

During my time in supervision, Kush has helped me work through the highs and lows of being a social worker. He has supported me during job and life transitions, guided me through my first experience working with a grief therapy client, and aided in my recovery from compassion fatigue and burnout. In addition to support, Kush has been an endless wealth of knowledge, with resources on VA, Medicaid, grief therapy, private practice, and much more. Kush’s supervision and education have positively impacted the clients I serve in a significant way.

Kush’s approach to supervision is well-organized and catered to your needs. Sessions have ranged from providing support while recovering from burnout to case reviews and guidance on how to best support them. Finding out who you are as a social worker can be a difficult, emotional, and sometimes a lonely journey. With Kush’s supervision, I haven’t had to do it alone. Knowing I always have a supervisor to talk through the good, the bad, and the weirdness that all comes with social work has made me into a successful and competent social worker.
